Gary Knowles performs the Clerk’s duties for the entire court system which includes, Circuit Criminal, Circuit Civil (foreclosures, real estate cases, malpractice, negligence, contracts, etc.), Family Law (divorces, adoptions, child custody, etc.), Traffic and Criminal Traffic, County Criminal (Misdemeanor), County Civil (small claims, landlord/tenant cases, etc.), and Juvenile Court. The Clerk also serves as Clerk and Comptroller to the Board of County Commissioners, preparing and overseeing a budget of over $100,000,000 annually.
